Over the past 12 months we have built out a partner network of vetted chauffeurs outside the GTA, which means we can now quote and confirm airport transfers from roughly 200 cities and towns across Ontario instead of just the core around Toronto. That includes Barrie, Guelph, Kingston, London, Peterborough, Kitchener-Waterloo, Windsor, and a long list of smaller places we could not reliably cover before.
The piece that actually matters: every partner chauffeur runs through the same vehicle inspection, background check, and training we use for our in-house drivers. We do not subcontract to the lowest bidder. If a route cannot be done well, we say so up front and refund the deposit — which has happened three times so far and we would rather be honest about it than deliver a bad ride.
Pricing for the longer runs is flat-rate, not metered. Our rate calculator on the rates page handles the 200+ destinations automatically; if it cannot find your city, there is a 'get a quote' form that reaches a real dispatcher (not an AI) who replies within two business hours. Rides include flight tracking, a meet-and-greet at arrivals, and luggage assistance — same as GTA rides.
The five airports we serve: Toronto Pearson (YYZ), Billy Bishop (YTZ), Hamilton (YHM), Buffalo Niagara (BUF), and Niagara Falls International (IAG). Cross-border Buffalo runs require ID and a few extra minutes at the Peace Bridge; we handle the logistics on our end but will ask you to confirm your documents the day before.
