Two new Mercedes Executive Sprinters rolled onto the yard at the end of February. We ordered them in late 2024 after turning away one group airport transfer too many — a 12-person corporate team heading to YYZ that we had to split into a Suburban plus an Escalade, which nobody loved. The Sprinters fix that specific problem.
Each van seats 14 in captain-style leather seats with individual climate zones, USB-C and USB-A at every seat, cabin Wi-Fi, ambient lighting, and a privacy partition between the driver and the cabin. Overhead bins fit soft carry-ons; underfloor storage holds about 10 checked bags without a pile. The floor is flat — it's not the stepped floor you sometimes see on rebadged shuttle vans.
The real use cases: group airport transfers, conference shuttles from a downtown hotel to the Metro Convention Centre, wedding guest transport between ceremony and reception, and wine-country runs to Niagara or Prince Edward County. We have also been surprised by how many sports teams and AV/camera crews book them because of the cabin space.
Two honest caveats. First, Sprinters are 2.6 metres tall — most downtown underground garages cap out around 2.1 m, so pickups at One King West or Trump Tower need a curb pickup, not a valet lane. Second, the rate is higher than our Suburban because the fuel and maintenance are. We publish both on the rates page so you can compare before booking.
