Terms & Conditions

The rules that govern your booking and use of our luxury chauffeur service.

Last updated: April 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking with Toronto Cascade Limo ("we", "us", "our") through our online booking form, by phone, or email, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All reservations are considered tentative until a written confirmation (email) is issued. You are responsible for reviewing the confirmation details (date, time, pickup, drop-off, vehicle type, service type) and notifying us of any discrepancy within 24 hours.

  • Airport transfers require a valid flight number so we can track arrivals.
  • Weddings and large events should be booked at least 2-3 months in advance.
  • Our transparent pricing is detailed on the Rates page.

3. Payment

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and corporate account billing. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Final payment, including applicable HST and gratuity, is charged on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations must be submitted by email or phone. Our standard policy:

  • More than 24 hours before pickup: full refund.
  • Between 24 and 6 hours before pickup: 50% charge.
  • Less than 6 hours before pickup or no-show: 100% charge.

Weddings, proms, and multi-day charters may have custom cancellation terms stated on your quote. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

5. Chauffeur Discretion & Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully toward the chauffeur, vehicle, and other passengers. Our chauffeurs may refuse service or terminate a ride if passengers are under the influence to an unsafe degree, display threatening behaviour, or violate provincial law. Smoking, illegal substances, and open flames are prohibited in all vehicles.

6. Damage & Cleaning Fees

A minimum cleaning fee of CAD $250 may apply for excessive mess (food spills, vomit, or stains). Damage to upholstery, trim, or electronics is charged at actual repair cost plus lost-revenue while the vehicle is out of service.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

We plan each route with reasonable contingency, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, border inspections, airline schedule changes, or events outside of our control. For airport pickups we include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after landing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability to you for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the fare paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including missed flights, missed connections, or lost business opportunities.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
