Refund Policy
Clear, fair cancellation and refund terms for every Toronto Cascade Limo booking.

1. Standard Cancellation Windows
Cancellations for standard airport transfers, hourly charters, and one-way rides follow the schedule below. All times are measured from your confirmed pickup time:
- •More than 24 hours notice: 100% refund to the original payment method.
- •6 to 24 hours notice: 50% refund.
- •Less than 6 hours notice or no-show: no refund.
2. Weddings & Special Events
Wedding and special-event packages require a non-refundable 25% deposit at booking. The remaining balance is refundable up to 14 days before the event. Cancellations inside 14 days forfeit the full fare. These terms are stated on every wedding quote and booking confirmation.
3. Corporate Accounts
Corporate clients with active accounts receive monthly invoicing and extended cancellation windows (up to 2 hours without charge). Refer to your signed corporate services agreement or contact your account manager for details.
4. Flight Cancellations & Delays
If your flight is cancelled by the airline or rescheduled to a new date, we will waive cancellation fees provided you notify us as soon as you receive the airline notice. We monitor flights automatically and do our best to accommodate schedule changes without extra charges.
5. Weather & Force Majeure
Severe weather, road closures, public emergencies, or government orders that make safe transportation impossible qualify as force majeure. In those cases we offer a full rebooking credit valid for 12 months, or a cash refund of any amount paid beyond our unrecoverable vendor costs.
6. Our Service Guarantee
If we fail to provide the booked service — for example, chauffeur no-show or a vehicle downgrade without prior agreement — you are entitled to a full refund plus a 25% service credit for a future booking. Please submit claims in writing within 7 days of the trip date.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit on your statement.
