Most of our work is inside the 416 and 905 — Bay Street roadshows, Pearson pickups, weddings from the Distillery District up to Casa Loma, and the occasional Friday-afternoon run to a cottage on Lake Muskoka. Our drivers live here. They know that Gardiner eastbound after 4 p.m. is a trap, that the kiss-and-ride at Billy Bishop fills up fast, and that the shortcut through Mount Pleasant Cemetery at rush hour is sometimes the right call.
We also do the longer runs that other companies hand off — Niagara wine tours, Collingwood ski weekends, Blue Mountain weddings, and the cross-border Buffalo and Detroit airport trips. Same flat-rate pricing, same car, same driver from door to door. Bottled water, phone chargers, and a copy of the day's Globe on the console if you want it.

A few days ahead is fine for a regular Pearson run. For weddings, proms, and playoff Friday nights we'd ask for more notice — the Sprinter and the Escalade book out first. We still take same-day calls; if we have a car free, you're on the road.
416 and 905 is the bulk of it — Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville, Hamilton. We also run Niagara wine tours, Collingwood ski weekends, and cross-border trips to the Buffalo and Detroit airports. One flat rate, same driver door to door.
Base fare, fuel, HST, and gratuity — all-in. Airport pickups add the GTAA airport surcharge that's charged at the gate. The number on your quote is the number on your invoice. No surge pricing, no 'traffic was bad' surcharge.
Meet-and-greet at T1 or T3 arrivals is free on every booking. Your driver parks, walks in with a name sign, and helps with bags. Curbside pickup is also available if you're travelling light and want to skip the wait — just tell us when you book.
A modern fleet, all ours: a Mercedes Executive Sprinter for larger groups, a Cadillac Escalade-V ESV and Chevy Suburban for mid-size parties, and a Lexus ES Hybrid for solo and executive runs. Dispatch will match the car to the number of people and the amount of luggage.
